Pre-fabricated garden annexes are ideal for dependant relatives, guest rooms or accommodation for adult children returning home. They are built off site and lifted or wheeled in to position as a fully finished building. Our annexes comply with a piece of legislation called the 'Caravan sites and control of development act 1960' so they can be used as sleeping accommodation in most gardens without requiring planning permission provided they are used by people who also make use of facilities in the house and that they are not rented to third parties.  For peace of mind we recommend that you apply to the council for a Certificate of Lawful Development (CLD) before siting an annexe, we can assist with this process.
